What are Pre-SimCATs?

Pre-SimCATs have been introduced to make you familiar with the test taking dynamics, strategies and approach prior to taking the SimCATs. The Pre-SimCATs are designed to be a little easier than SimCATs / actual CAT and teach you the fundamentals of test-taking. We strongly recommend First-time CAT-takers to take Pre-SimCATs before their SimCAT.

You should treat the Pre-SimCATs as warm-up games before the SimCATs. You would be better prepared to handle the SimCATs once you have taken a couple of Pre-SimCATs

Who should take the Pre-SimCATs?

Students eligible for SimCATs should take the Pre-SimCATs. However, it is recommended that students who have completed at least Module 1 & 2 (as per IMS modules) should take this test.

When will the Pre-SimCATs be conducted?

The Pre-SimCAT 1 is scheduled between 18th April to 21st April 25.
